DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Maintains safe and clean reception area
• Receives and sorts daily mail and packages
• Answer in-coming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Respond to voicemails and re-direct calls in a timely manner
• Provide general customer service
• Record all incoming call and details in spreadsheet
• Assist with data entry as required
• Assists clients that require assistance ordering product

QUALIFICATIONS:

• To qualify for this internship, you must be a university or college student in a co-op/internship program.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of computer proficiency and demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
