Job Description 

The Data Analyst will be responsible for quantitative and qualitative data analysis, quantitative and qualitative insight development, reporting, creating new data gathering channels and sales opportunities and configuring the customer-serving analytics portal. They will manage data flows collected from digital, non-digital and interpersonal sources. The Data Analyst will establish repeatable processes for ongoing data collection and analysis at the startup. The Analyst will also clean and scrutinize app data for faulty, anomalous and suspicious activity.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Qualitative and quantitative data analysis from survey, research, app and marketing sources
  • Qualitative and quantitative insight development from the aforementioned sources
  • Creation of data-backed reports for internal, public, marketing, sales and fundraising purposes
  • Creation and validation of new data gathering sources and processes
  • Design and configuration of analytics portal for business, institution and municipal subscribers
  • Clean and scrutinize app data for faulty, anomalous and suspicious data
  • Gather, organize, annotate and clean data for training the platform’s AI photo-recognition model and test the model to find weaknesses to improve upon
