What You Bring
KASE is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Technical Assistant who is eager to learn about the Insurance industry. This support role will require a strong work ethic, supreme administrative skills and an eye for detail.

  • RIBO licenses preferred but will consider candidates willing to obtain RIBO license within first 3 months of employment
  • Experience in an Administrative capacity is required

Job Summary

  • Prepare of insurance summaries, premium comparisons and other supporting documentation for clients and producers
  • Assist with the collection of outstanding accounts receivables
  • Thoroughly document all client and underwriter communications in the Broker Management System (BMS).
  • Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, reports and documents as required
  • Scanning and attaching documents as directed
  • Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and externally
  • Prepare Certificates of Insurance, OAP1’s and other duties as assigned
  • Claims Management
  • Assist with any ad-hoc requests from team members
