The HR Intern provides administrative support to all teams, clients and teammates. Interns are responsible for maintaining satisfied clients by delivering assistance and administrative support to Partners, intermediaries and contractors on various projects.
This person is responsible for overseeing as well as mentoring independent contractors, monitoring the quality of products and services, and ensuring that all clients are receiving higher than satisfactory service
Candidates must be dedicated and enthusiastic, who will enjoy having input in our start-up tech business, and operations as we evolve and grow. An ideal candidate will will ensure that the company's standards are upheld: the digital content looks good, the information is accurate and correct, and it is communicated quickly.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage Pre-Registration Processes of Independent Contractors
* Promote and attract independent contractors via social media outreach.
* Work with, and develop a working recruitment strategy
* Will be responsible for scheduling and setting up meetings via Zoom.
* Sort incoming resumes and logs them into appropriate tracking spreadsheets
* Coordinate candidate interviews, including times, locations, and covid-19 requirements (if any)
* Complete and mail out letters of acceptance/employment/approval to candidates, clients, contractors, and intermediaries.
* Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external.
* Properly handle client requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation.
