JOB SUMMARY:

The Front desk Agent will be responsible, amongst other things, for the following: Receive and process individual reservations (telephone, online, travel agents), respond to emails addressed to booking, be the primary contact with travel agencies (commission checks prints, follow-up with accounting). Meeting all customer expectations and performing various administrative tasks. Process check-ins and check-outs, register transactions, assist at the bar when needed and meet all customer expectations.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Excellent English communication, oral and written – A second language an asset
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management an asset
  • Good computer knowledge - Knowledge of PMS Opera an asset
  • Excellent customer service: Approachable, pleasant, courteous, empathetic, fast acting
  • Able and enjoys working in a team environment as well as independently
  • Able to organize, prioritize and, multitask
