Status: Full time, part time (permanent)

Schedule: 6am - 2pm (weekends, weekdays)

YOUR ROLE:

  • Deliver an excellent guest service experience
  • Act as server in different type of service such as banquets, catering events, breakfast, etc.
  • Have strong product knowledge of menu items and preparation methods and assist guests with any questions/dietary concerns from the menu and take orders/upsell items
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely fashion, offer refreshments of beverages when necessary
  • Accurately punch in all orders through POS, be able to handle debit, credit and room charge transactions
  • Complete daily cash reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off cash & receipts
  • Set rooms up according to group requirements and set up tables/chairs/A/V equipment when applicable
  • Maintain effective communication with the kitchen team

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Previous service experience an asset
  • Smart Serve certified
  • Proficient in English with second language an asset
