JOB SUMMARY:
Guest services Agent will be responsible, amongst other things, for the following: Greeting guests at the front desk, process check-ins and check outs. Rather it is while being at the front desk or in the reservation office, the agent is also responsible to receive and process individual reservations (telephone, online, travel agents), respond to emails addressed to booking, be the primary contact with travel agencies (commission, follow-up with accounting). Meeting all customer expectations and performing various administrative tasks.
