HEAD OF SALES  

What you will do 

  • Develop and execute a GTM strategy 
  • Develop and generate a sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and manage the sales process through to the closure of the sale monitor the sales forecast against the generated pipeline 
  • Expand our client-base in the North American market in a variety of industries including finance, defense, energy, and healthcare 
  • Achieve agreed upon quarterly sales goals 
  • Attract, select, onboard, develop, coach, motivate, promote, and effectively manage a team of account executives. 
  • Strategically analyze industry trends, conduct SWOT analysis and performance metrics to drive execution and accelerate results 
  • Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers and leverage these during the sales process 
  • Coordinate internally with groups to generate and deliver winning contract bids, proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and statements of work. 

 
 

Who you are 

  • 5+ years’ experience building and managing high performing sales teams in the Cybersecurity domain across industry sectors in North America 
  • 10+ years’ experience selling Adversarial Emulation, GRC, Cloud security and Advisory service offerings. 
  • Experience selling to the Public Sector in Canada and the US 
  • Strong network of contacts within the cybersecurity domain. 
  • A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrable career stability 
  • Experience and passion for building a sales organization from the ground-up. 
  • Must possess excellent value-based sales methodology skillset. 
  • Must demonstrate ability to adapt and lead in a fast-changing environment 
  • Competitive, Hunter-type mentality. 
  • A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle 
  • Excellent presentation skills. 
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills 
  • Sales experience in Managed Services and Products will be considered a bonus. 

 

  

Security Clearance
