Position Summary

Sales Representative responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you. Position Purpose
A Sales Representative plays an important role as a trusted advisor providing solutions and guidance through deep understanding of clients’ core requirements & pains. Leading client engagements from forecasting to strategic planning sessions and end-to-end service delivery, a Sales Representative is responsible for profitable and long-term client relationships. A Sales Representative is also responsible for building and nurturing accounts, and effectively presenting credible solutions that meet clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities
Drive sales, expand market share by introducing new offered services, and enter new markets by penetrating new territories, particularly in Canada and French-speaking countries.
− Achieve individual sales target and manage monetary collections.
− Review contracts, negotiate & close deals, and place orders.
− Enter data in a CRM system and produce timely sales reports.
− Implement sales and marketing initiatives for Encubate.
− Follow up on incoming sales and marketing provided leads.
− Proactively provide client research and industry specific information.
− Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as competitive position of the company.
− Maintain and expand existing accounts by qualifying leads and providing necessary business information.
− Represent the company’s products and services to customers and prospects.
− Represent the company at industry meetings, tradeshows (exhibitions).

− Studying competitors' products and services
− Identifying target markets and developing initiatives to communicate with them
− Understanding current and potential customers
− Developing the sales and marketing initiatives
− Implementation of the sales funnel and marketing mix
− Meeting sales and marketing objectives
− Adhering to sales and marketing budgets
− Ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks

Abilities
− Passionate about sales and client relationship management.
− Experienced in building and maintaining client relationships.
− Deeply understands customer relationship building as a discipline.
− Knows how to deliver on promises.
− Has in-depth knowledge of customer challenges and how to solve them.
− Organized with strong prioritization skills.

Qualifications
− Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English or French
− Must have a minimum of a post-secondary diploma in Business Administration
− Minimum one (1) year successful sales experience
− Must have proven relationship building skills
− Must have proven presentation/demonstration skills
− Must have proven selling skills: Probing, listening, persuading, and presenting
− Working hours 9:00am - 6:00pm
